The FBI is still investigating the fatal “Rust” shooting that took the life of Halyna Hutchins.

In a December 2021 interview, Alec Baldwin – who was holding the gun – claims he did not pull the trigger.

However, a new FBI report published by ABC News tells a different story.

The FBI report concluded that Baldwin must have pulled the trigger for the gun to fire.

The FBI conducted a series of accidental discharge tests on the type of firearm used in the shooting.

They concluded that the gun “could not be made to fire without a pull of the trigger.”

However, it directly contradicts an ABC News interview Baldwin did with George Stephanopoulos last December.

Stephanopoulos said, “It wasn’t in the script for the trigger to be pulled.”

“Well, the trigger wasn’t pulled,” Baldwin responds. “I didn’t pull the trigger.”
