Ezra Miller was arrested on two separate occasions in Hawaii.

A new video of Miller’s arrest in Hawaii surfaced.

The actor was seen pleading with the cops to not “damage” their nerves.

A police officer called Miller “sir,” then Miller revealed that they were “transgender non-binary.”

They said a repeat of the act would be “intentional bigotry” and a “technical hate crime.”

Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following some incidents in a Hawaiian bar.

They paid the $500 bail and were released.

Miller also claimed police officers assaulted them during the search by touching their private part.

The actor asked to see the name and full badge number of the officers that arrested them.
