On November 2, Las Vegas Raiders Wide Receiver Henry Ruggs, was involved in a deadly car crash.

Ruggs killed 23-year-old Tina Tintor, and her dog.

Ruggs was traveling at 156 mph.

Tintor and her dog were trapped inside their Toyota RAV4, as it lit in flames.

Ruggs recently missed a breath test.

Ruggs will now be ordered to undergo 24/7 alcohol monitoring.

Ruggs will not have to return to prison

Ruggs is facing four felonies and one misdemeanor.

Ruggs also faces 50 years in prison.
