Emily Elizabeth is not ashamed of her rare genetic disorder.
In fact, she showed it on Instagram during a Q&A session.
When asked about the “weird thing” she does, Emily answered with a clip.
In the footage, she ate a chicken thigh while wearing a gray crop top and big Minnie Mouse ears.
As the model chews her food, one of her eyes remain open.
She also added a note: “"I have Marcus Gunn syndrome (very rare genetic disorder) so my eye moves when I eat LOL.”
The Marcus Gunn phenomenon is “characterized by the movement of one upper eyelid in a rapid rising motion each time the jaw moves,” as per rarediseases.org.
In another slide, Emily pointed out that her body is “100% natural.”
She had no surgeries to enhance her looks, and proved it by sharing a photo of her 17-year-old self clad in a bikini.
