Elton John, through his AIDS Foundation, launched the Rocket Fund, a $125 million initiative aimed at fighting HIV infections.

He expressed optimism about ending AIDS by 2030, stating it is possible and achievable.

Alongside the Rocket Fund, the singer introduced a social media campaign called "Let Your Inner Elton Out" to raise AIDS awareness.

The Foundation's efforts over the past 26 years have dramatically increased global HIV treatment from less than 300,000 to over 20 million individuals.

The new fund will support over one million people in accessing vital HIV prevention and treatment services, including tests and therapies.

The social media campaign encourages people to channel their "inner Elton" to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS.

The Foundation's work has reached 26 countries, preventing nearly a million babies from being born with HIV.

It has also secured over £300 million in additional funding from governments and partners.

After the campaign's launch, JoJo Siwa joined the cause, dressing in Elton John's iconic fiery red outfit and promoting the fund on Instagram.

The charity has drastically expanded global HIV treatment, affecting over 20 million individuals since its establishment in 1992.
