Early Monday morning, Elon Musk finally tweeted about Twitter.

On Friday, he indicated that he was backing out of the deal.

He claimed that Twitter was in “breach” of their merger agreement.

He insists Twitter did not give him required information about the number of bot and spam accounts.

However, legal analysts have pointed out that it was never a part of the initial agreement.

Twitter plans to go to court to get Elon Musk to buy the company for $44 billion.

Musk tweeted a meme about it on Monday morning, showing his face laughing harder as the panels progress.

The last panel reads, “Now they have to disclose bot info in court.”

He also posted a photo of Chuck Norris playing chess with the caption, “Chuckmate.”
