Elon Musk Agrees To Purchase Twitter For Original $44B Offer

Elon Musk and Twitter reached an agreement to buy Twitter back in April.

Twitter fired back with a lawsuit and Musk responded with a countersuit.

A trial date was set later this month in Delaware Chancery Court to have a judge resolve the issue.
