He says that he eats between six or seven meals a day!
He needs all that protein to maintain his muscle size.
However, when he wants to lose weight, he turns to fasted cardio.
“I hit my cardio on an empty stomach,” Johnson said.
He credits that to keeping his metabolism “nice and tight.”
Many fitness enthusiasts use fasted cardio to lose weight.
The idea is that the body is low on glucose in a fasted state.
This prompts the body to burn fat for energy instead.
