Dwayne Johnson has finally responded to Vin Diesel's public request to return for "F10."

The Rock made it clear that he wouldn't be returning to the "Fast & Furious" Franchise.

His former co-star Vin Diesel tried to persuade Johnson's return with an open letter.

However, the retired WWE star believed Diesel's actions were "manipulative."

The "Jumanji" star stated that Diesel was already aware of his disinterest in rejoining the franchise.

He also slammed the "Riddick" actor for bringing up his daughters and the late Paul Walker.

Diesel reached out to Johnson on Instagram with the "manipulative" post last month.

The "XXX" star implored Johnson to fulfill his destiny by returning for the final movie, "F10."

Diesel stated that no other actor could play the iconic Luke Hobbs except Johnson.
