Hice claimed he offered to buy Lemon a drink which he turned down.

Hice was ordered to pay Lemon’s lawyers $77,000 in legal expenses for deleting evidence.

Lemon's primary attorney, Caroline Polisi, tagged the case as a "crass money grab from the inception."
