The YouTuber’s former friend Jeff Wittek is suing the content creator for millions.
Fans of Dobrik or Wittek will recall a prank that went very, very wrong and left Wittek with a fractured skull among multiple other injuries.
In a new report from TMZ, Wittek is seeking $10 million in damages.
The damages include lost wages, earning capacity, and hospital bills he accrued following the accident.
He’s suing for general negligence and intentional tort.
Wittek states he traveled to Utah Lake in Provo, Utah in the summer of 2020 with Dobrik and a group of friends to shoot video as part of his "social media comeback."
The “Vlog Squad” took an excavator out into a lake that had shallow patches of water and a rocky bottom.
He swung Wittek around on the excavator at high speeds for stopping abruptly. Wittek collided with the metal excavator.
