Oliver Hudson recently guest-starred on "Live with Kelly and Ryan.”
While there, he shared the time he got arrested at 16.
Law enforcers asked him his dad’s name.
Cops didn’t believe him upon hearing Kurt Russell’s name.
He said on the show: ”It was a crazy story 'cause they had to call the parents, and they said, 'What's your dad's name?' and I said, 'Oh my God. Kurt Russell.'"
Hudson added, “They're like, 'No, kid, what's your dad's name?' And I said, 'It's Kurt Russell.’”
The actor revealed that Russell “was not a happy dad” at the time.
He explained: “Look, we were stupid. We had paintball guns. We were doing dumb things, as kids do.”
Hudson continued, “He understood what it was like for him when he was the age; he did stupid stuff as well. But he was not a happy dad, let's just say that.”
