One Connecticut artist is creating works of art from… garbage?!

Her name is Stephanie Hongo and she’s going viral online.

She told Nice News that she quit a job she hated five years ago.

This allowed her to pursue her passion for making art.

Her very first creation was a blue deer named Yandoo.

Hongo has made more than 160 animal sculptures since then.

She collects trash from her family, friends, community groups, and HVAC companies.

Although she loves creating sustainable art, she just wants followers to follow their heart.

“If you're unhappy, you should do something about it,” Hongo said.
