On Monday, comedian Nick Nemeroff passed away at 32 years old.

His first comedy album, “The Pursuit of Comedy Has Ruined My Life,” was released in 2020.

It was nominated for a Juno Award for Comedy Album of the Year the following year.

His family announced his passing in an Instagram post on Monday.

His manager told CBC News that Nick “died in his sleep.”

Many comedians took to social media to mourn his passing.

Jon Dore said Nick was “a beautiful man,” adding, “I admired him greatly.”

“SNL” star Sarah Sherman called him “the sweetest and funniest guy ever.”

John Cullen tweeted, “One of the absolute funniest guys and just a totally gentle and genuine human being too. This one hurts.”
