A Houston businesswoman, LeJuan Bailey, is taking legal action against Chris Brown.

The singer was allegedly booked for a benefit concert in March.

He was paid about $1.1 million in fees.

The concert was to raise funds for residents whose homes were destroyed by Hurricane Ida and Nicholas

Unfortunately, Brown didn’t show up for the concert.

He canceled on the D-day, sending a message on Instagram.

To make things worse, the “Loyal” singer is yet to give a refund.

Bailey expressed her grievances in a press conference held on Wednesday.

“At this point, it is my humble belief that Chris Brown’s actions are parallel to pure theft,” Bailey said.
