Camille Vasquez worked around the clock to award Johnny Depp a legal victory.

She told PEOPLE that her hotel room became her “little nest” for “months.”

She revealed that she and her legal team working on the case had “two war rooms.”

She said sometimes they would work until “5:00 in the morning the next day.”

Vasquez described the long days in the courtroom as “very intense.”

She said that she made sure to go to bed from 1 AM to 2 AM during Heard’s cross-examination.

She said her team would stay up to 5 AM and slide notes under her door.

Vasquez explained, “they would sleep for an hour, an hour and a half, then we would all go to court together.”

“I mean, we were really running on fumes,” she added.
