Says Her Insecurities ‘Went Down’ After Facing Body-Shaming Comments Head-On

She made an honest TikTok.

Camila recently told Bustle she tries not to pay attention to the body shammers, but the 'Havana' singer admitted that facing it head-on on TikTok made her feel way better.

Last month, the star responded to some unflattering paparazzi photos taken when she was running and not "tucking it in."

In the video, the singer showed her frustration before repeating a mantra-like speech about loving one's body and how she is "real."

After the pics, she became self-conscious. “The whole day I felt insecure. I felt like it was changing how I was thinking about food and eating... really messing me up.”

Cabello told Bustle that the TikTok helped. “I actually felt so liberated when I posted that. After that, I went to the airport and so many women were coming up to me."
