is asking to keep her conservator in place, even if she is legally allowed to be let out of the 13-year legal case.

Britney Spears

Brit is asking Jodi Montgomery, who was appointed as her conservator when her dad stepped down, to continue working for her, even if the court formally removes her.

Apparently, Britney has no issues with Montgomery's work with her case, and her only real issues are with her father, Jamie Spears.

The pop star has asked Jodi to stay on her payroll “indefinitely” and work with her team beyond the scope of the conservatorship.

As we reported, Britney’s father has filed documents to end the 13-year conservatorship, and it appears that’s exactly what might happen.

The only issue is whether or not the judge wants to order an evaluation of the pop star to see if she can handle the day-to-day responsibilities of her life.

Britney has allegedly already asked Jodi to stay and hopes she will work on managing house staff, working with doctors, arranging meals, and organizing her calendar.

Obviously, this is a very similar job to what a conservator would do for her, but Jodi has already been on the job, and Britney is happy with her life.
