There’s been a MASSIVE break in the search for Brian Laundrie.
Brian is the only person of interest in the murder of Gabby Petito.
He went missing five weeks ago, and has been giving the FBI a run for their money.
Laundrie’s parents informed the FBI and North Port Police Tuesday night that they planned to go to the environmental park.
NBC New York reported, “items belonging to Brian Laundrie were found by his own parents on a trail he frequented at the Florida environmental park center to the national manhunt, the family's attorney confirmed.”
Family lawyer Steve Bertolino did not specify what items were found in the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park.
The coroner was also headed to the location where the items were found on.
As fans of this investigation know, earlier this month the Teton County Coroner’s office held a press conference to reveal the cause of death of Gabby.
Dr. Brent Blue concluded the cause of death was “death by strangulation and manner is homicide.”
