Things have just taken an even crazier turn in the death of Brian Laundrie.
Brian went missing in early September, and his parents officially reported him missing on September 17th.
Brian left his North Port home earlier in the week to hike in the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park.
The Laundrie family attorney, Steven Bertolino, went on record saying he left home to go hiking on Monday, September 13.
His remains were found and later identified via dental records on October 21.
According to the website, findagrave.com, Brian’s date of death is listed as September 8, which would mean he died before Gabby’s body was found AND before he left for the hike.
The website also says his remains will be cremated and returned to his family.
On Twitter user wrote, “He didn’t go missing until 9/13 though… so he was a zombie until then? Why haven’t his parents been arrested yet?”
“Anyone can post to find a grave, and I don't think they gave an estimated time of death for Laundrie and death certificates would most likely list the date found as time of death, I think,” another responded.
