He said that “your plate should look colorful.”

He said that plates need a protein, vegetables, and slow burning carbohydrates.

He added that “white pasta or white flour, it’s not nutritious.”

Instead, he recommends eating high-fiber carbs like sweet potatoes or fruit.

He also said “We need to be consuming as many vegetables as possible.”

He also recommended healthy fats like olive oil, avocado, nuts, and seeds.
