Tenoch Huerta responded to claims that his bulge was edited as edited out of "Wakanda Forever."
He denied that his bulge was edited following viral photos that sparked the claims.
"The only thing that I can say is: the original was the photo [on] the right. Without [the bulge]!" Huerta clarified in an interview with Rolling Stone.
The Mexican actor portrayed the mutant Namor in "Wakanda Forever."
He told the publication that he planned to maintain his physique ahead of future opportunities to reprise the role.
In a different interview, Huerta voiced his desire to have a solo Namor movie.
At the time, he admitted that it depended on Marvel showrunners "Wakanda Forever's" success in the cinemas.
Marvel has plans to create spinoff series based on "Wakanda Forever."
The movie has grossed over $600 million since its debut.
