BC and her legal team are moving ahead with their revenge porn case that was originally filed in October 2017.
The lawsuit came to be following the couples horrendous and chaotic breakup in 2016.
Rob published multiple pornographic images of Blac Chyna on social media following their split and shared confidential information about his ex.
Rob’s legal team alleged that Chyna agreed to dismiss the revenge porn lawsuit if Rob helped BC get dropped from her lawsuit with her ex-boyfriend Pilot Jones.
A judge denied Rob’s attempt at a settlement he claims to have struck with BC.
The settlement would have made the case go away before trial.
The trial date was originally set for June 13, but is now TBD.
