On Friday, Billie Joe Armstrong performed at the London Stadium.

While he was there, he condemned the recent SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

He told the crowd that he was “renouncing” his U.S. citizenship and moving there.

“F--- America,” he said, which was met with loud cheering from the crowd.

“I’m f---ing renouncing my citizenship,” he said. “I’m f---ing coming here.”

“There's just too much f---ing stupid in the world to go back to that miserable f---ing excuse for a country,” he added.

Although some thought he was joking, he made it clear that he wasn’t.

“Oh, I’m not kidding,” he warned his audience.

He added, “You’re going to get a lot of me in the coming days.”
