Bam Margera, former "Jackass" star, was recently detained and put on a 5150 hold due to erratic behavior.

The incident happened at Trejo’s Taco in Los Angeles, where onlookers called police due to his slurred speech and demeanor.

Margera's behavior, along with recent threats of suicide, led to authorities' decision for psychiatric evaluation.

Margera can be held under the 5150 hold for up to 72 hours if doctors deem it necessary.

His brother, Jess Margera, tweeted a plea for help in locating Bam and later confirmed he'd been found.

Jess also shared a concerning text from Bam, mentioning the intake of pills and other dark sentiments.

Previously, Margera publically threatened self-harm if he couldn't see his 5-year-old son, Phoenix, whom he shares with his estranged wife, Nicole Boyd.

Boyd's lawyer expressed hope for Margera's recovery, stating that sobriety is essential for their son's well-being.

Margera's struggle with addiction has marred his relationship with Boyd, leading to legal separation.

Margera has a history of rehab escapades and arrests, including charges for domestic and public intoxication.
