Anne Heche had numerous drugs in her system at the time of her car crash in August.

Cocaine was found in her blood after she arrived at the hospital.

Cannabinoids were found in her urine, but not in her bloodstream.

This means that she did not ingest marijuana at the time of the accident.

Heche was also found to have fentanyl in her system at the time of death.

However, the report shows that it was administered at the hospital for therapeutic use.

The 53-year-old actress was declared brain dead on August 11, 2022.

She left behind two sons: Homer and Atlas.

In a statement, Homer said he is “grateful” for the report he received after her passing.
