Anna Delvy, the infamous fake heiress, is living in a semi-condemned apartment in East Village during her house arrest.

The residence is far from the luxurious hotels Delvy used to frequent and is the site for many parties and art exhibits she hosts.

The apartment has fallen into such disrepair that it's been described as unacceptable, even by First Avenue standards.

A "partial vacate" notice spotted on the premises indicates that the conditions are perilous to life, according to the Department of Buildings.

The notice prohibits re-entry until hazardous conditions have been resolved to the department's satisfaction.

However, Delvy isn't at risk of additional legal repercussions due to this notice.

The main issue with the property is a problematic garbage chute, which led to the "partial" status of the vacate notice.

The landlord sent out a notice, clarifying the vacate order applies only to the garbage chute area.

Delvy has been living in this apartment since her release in 2021 after being sentenced in 2019.

Despite her circumstances, Delvy continues to attract famous figures to her parties, including designer Cynthia Rowley.
