Angelina Jolie is suing her ex-husband Brad Pitt to the tune of a quarter million dollars for attempting to wrestle full control of their jointly owned winery.

The actress filed the lawsuit through her company Nouvel which claimed that Pitt was using the business as a “personal fiefdom.”

The suit also claimed that the actor’s alcohol problem led to his ex-wife filing for a divorce.

After the divorce, Pitt ran the winery without any input from Jolie who was focused on handling their humanitarian business.

The actor is accused of squandering money on needless projects within the French estate.

The pair purchased the large estate three years after they started their romantic relationship and also got married on its grounds.

The pair became equal owners after Pitt transferred 10% from his 60% to Jolie’s 40%.

A judge signed off on Jolie selling her 50% to a third party following a failed negotiation with her ex.

Pitt previously sued Jolie, accusing her of attempting to cheat him out of some benefits regarding the winery.
