Andy Cohen is apologizing for some “stupid and drunk” comments he made on NYE.

Four minutes into the new year, he went on a drunken rant against outgoing NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio.

On Monday, Cohen wanted to apologize to Ryan Seacrest, but not Bill de Blasio.

“The only thing [I regret] is that I slammed the ABC broadcast and I really like Ryan Seacrest and he's a great guy.”
