Amber Heard has indicated that she will “absolutely” file an appeal.

Attorney Elaine Bredehoft broke the news to TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie.

Bredehoft claimed that Heard has “excellent grounds” to file an appeal.

She said that the “Aquaman” actress was “demonized” in the trial.

Bredehoft also blamed the overwhelming support Depp had on social media for Heard’s loss.

The jury had been instructed not to look at media coverage of the trial.

Bredehoft noted the 10-day break in the trial and said, “There’s no way they couldn’t have been influenced by it.”

She said that the presence of cameras in the courtroom turned the trial into a “zoo.”

When asked if Heard can afford the millions she had to pay Depp, Bredehoft replied, “Oh no. Absolutely not.”
