Amber Heard Is Still ‘Frustrated’ With Jury’s Verdict, Source Claims

It seems that Amber Heard wasn’t expecting to have to pay her ex-husband over $10M.

A source told PEOPLE that Heard spent the weekend with her daughter, Oonagh Paige.
