Amber Heard is about to giving her first interview following the Johnny Depp trial.

A jury ruled that Heard owes Depp over $10 million dollars for defamation.

Shortly after the verdict was announced, Heard posted a statement on social media.

She deemed it a “setback” for women and survivors of domestic abuse.

On June 9, Heard participated in a clandestine interview with Savannah Guthrie.

That interview will air on primetime on Friday, June 17 on NBC at 8 PM ET.

Heard is expected to echo her comments about how the trial verdict is a “setback” for women.

She is also expected to express her “thoughts and feelings” related to the trial.

It remains to be seen if Johnny Depp will also participate in a post-trial interview.
