On Wednesday, May 11, Amanda Kloots sat with Kelly Rizo to discuss grief.

Kloots lost her late husband, Nick Cordero, to COVID-19 complications in July 2020.

The mother-of-one who welcomed their son Elvis born in 2019, likened grieving to peeling an onion.

Kloots candidly admitted, "Grief never ends, and it's okay.'"

The fitness instructor spoke about receiving signs from her late husband when she asked for them.

Kloots asked Cordero to send her a sign to believe and soon saw the word highlighted on a signboard.

Rizo, who lost her husband, Bob Saget, in January, gushed on social media that the discussion on grief was "cathartic."

Kloots wrote a memoir about her story with Cordero titled after one of his songs, "Live Your Life."

"The Talk" co-host wants Adam Driver to play her late husband in the memoir's biopic.
