Amanda Kloots lost her husband, Nick Cordero, after battling COVID-19-related complications after being married for three years.

She took to her Instagram story to answer a question from a fan who noted that she kept going forward and backward.

The star answered by stating that is exactly what grief was and explained further in her caption.

In the longer message, she noted that she did not mind taking baby steps as it prevented one from getting stuck, which was her fear.

The star also stated that grief did not have a time frame and would never disappear, so one had to learn to live with it.

The TV personality revealed that she had to deal with the pain of losing her husband when their son began to ask for him.

The dancer stated that it was painful because after she felt like she had gone through the process, her son's questions brought it all back.

Kloots decided to use her sorrow to help others deal with the pain of losing someone they loved.

In the Q&A session on her Instagram page, she explained that grief never went away, but one had to learn to keep moving.
