Amanda Kloots suffered a loss when her husband of three years died from COVID-19-related issues.

Taking to her Instagram story, she told her followers how she deals with grief, especially during the holiday season.

The star noted that she found happiness in exercising, advising them to put on loud music, move their bodies and get out of their heads.

She explained that she did not always wake up in good spirits but made an effort every day to remind herself why she should be happy and strong.

Earlier, she answered questions on if the pain ever went away, a moment she would love to relive, and how to comfort a person who lost someone.

The TV star, while answering, mentioned the importance of understanding that people grieve differently so as not to judge them needlessly.

She also stressed the need to continue giving them a sense of normalcy to hang on to while lost in themselves.

The actress disclosed that balancing work and regular life as a working mother was an emotional rollercoaster.

She stated that leaving her son each day was getting harder and thanked the people around her who helped her every day.
