Amanda Bynes’ wish to be free from her conservatorship has come true… temporarily.

The Blast obtained legal documents outlining the condition of Bynes’ conservatorship.

The case is for the “Person And Estate.”

The legal document states, “Petitioner has provided facts that the conservatorship is no longer needed.”

“The court determines that the conservatorship is no longer required and that grounds for establishment of a conservatorship of the person no longer exist.”

A tentative ruling was issued and there will be a final ruling/decision at the hearing tomorrow, March 22.

Basically, the judge signed off on the petition; however, it's not an official record yet.

By March 22, 2022, the record will become official.

Bynes’ parents, who are in charge of the conservatorship, are in favor of terminating the conservatorship.
