Alec Baldwin has filed a new lawsuit against the “Rust” crew.

The negligence and indemnification lawsuit puts the blame on others for the death of Halyna Hutchins.

Specifically, Baldwin blames armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed.

He also names assistant director David Halls and property master Sarah Zachry.

Weapons and rounds supplier Seth Kenney and his company are also named in the suit.

Baldwin blames those crew members for failing to check the gun for live rounds.

The cross-complaint also states that he has been “fired from multiple jobs” due to the “Rust” incident.

“Baldwin must live with the immense grief, and the resulting emotional, physical, and financial toll,” his lawyer wrote.

His attorney, Luke Nikas, added that Baldwin “seeks to clear his name” with this new lawsuit.
