Veteran actress Denise Dowse passed away at the age of 64.

According to her sister Tracy Dowse, she died after a long battle with Viral meningitis.

Following her announcement, several tributes poured in for the late actress.

Actor Ian Ziering remembered her as a talented actor and a “loving soul.”

Tracy previously shared that her sister had been hospitalized and was in a coma.

She stated that it wasn't a medically induced coma.

Denise has an array of acting and directing credits.

Some of which include her role in "Insecure," "Beverly Hills, 90210," "House," and several others.

She was also the proud director of "Remember Me: The Mahalia Jackson Story.”
