The American Country Music Awards are also paying their respects to Naomi Judd.

Judd passed away on Saturday at the age of 76 and was reported to have taken her own life.

“We lost our beautiful mother to the disease of mental illness,” said a statement released by her daughters.

The Judds were scheduled to be inducted into the County Music Hall of Fame on Sunday.

The Academy said that they were “deeply saddened” to hear the “heartbreaking” news.

“With her daughter Wynonna, the Judds won the ACM Award for Top Vocal Duet 7 consecutive years,” they said.

They also won the ACM Pioneer Award at the Academy of Country Music Honors.

Together, The Judds put out 14 #1 hit songs, which included “many unforgettable hits.”

They want fans to remember her “inspiring passion, her beautiful spirit, and her magnificent talent.”
