For ABC, it’s not always easy as 1, 2, 3.

The family-friendly network is stuck between a rock and a hard place currently.

The Blast recently reported on Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ months-long affair that came to light over the weekend.

Robach and Holmes currently co-anchor the third hour of ‘GMA’ referred to as ‘GMA3.’

However, the network just decided to take both anchors OFF air until it can figure out what the next steps will be.

According to reports, ABC News President Kim Godwin informed staffers on December 5, of the co-anchors-turned-lovers temporary absence from ‘GMA3.’

She told ABC News employees during an editorial call on Monday that while Robach and Holmes did NOT violate any company policy.

ABC News “wanted to do what’s best for the organization.”

“There is massive confusion internally,” a source said. “ABC News executive Kim [Godwin] has taken them off the air while they deal with this internally.”
