Aaron Carter's manager Taylor Helgeson has discussed his final visit to the singer.

The Big Umbrella exec shared that his client was in physical decline when he visited him to discuss future plans.

Helgeson stated that the singer's physical frailties did not affect his mental ability.

The manager also ruled out that Carter committed suicide, claiming that the "Fool's Gold" crooner was too excited about his future plans.

Helgeson said, "We had so much stuff going on, and, you know, Aaron was a really prideful guy in his own right, too. That's not his style."

He also stated that there were plans in place for Carter to go in for an inpatient rehab treatment to help with his addiction issues.

Carter was discovered dead in his home on November 5.

Plans to release his memoir, Aaron Carter: An Incomplete Story of an Incomplete Life, have been postponed.

The singer's son, Prince, is expected to inherit his estate.
