A$AP Rocky has been charged following his April arrest.

The rapper was taken by the LAPD at LAX following a return from Barbados.

At the time he was arrested in connection to a November 6, 2021 shooting.

Now, Rocky has been charged for assault in connection to the incident.

Los Angeles County District Attorney, George Gascón announced the charges in a press release.

Rocky faces two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm with allegations of personally using a firearm.

Gascón described the rapper’s actions as “a serious offense that could have ended with tragic consequences.”

Arraignment is scheduled for August 17 at the the Foltz Criminal Justice Center.

Former A$AP Mob member Terell Ephron, aka A$AP Relli was identified as the victim.
