Vince Vaughn has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges he is facing stemming from his DUI arrest earlier this year.
As The Blast first reported, Vaughn was hit with three charges: driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, and disobeying a peace officer.
The actor (who was not present) was arraigned today in Torrance court, and his lawyers entered a plea of not guilty to all charges on his behalf.
Vaughn was busted by Manhattan Beach PD at 1:09 AM on June 10 and booked into custody at 4:03 AM. According to the Manhattan Beach PD, Vaughn was stopped at a DUI checkpoint where he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
At the time of arrest, he disobeyed the officer on the scene and would not get out of the car and do field sobriety tests.
Vince Vaughn is best known for his role in "Swingers," alongside Jon Favreau. He also appeared in the classic film, "Wedding Crashers."
