Venus Williams is asking for more time to hand over a ton of information related to the car accident in her wrongful death lawsuit because she’s too wrapped up in her busy training schedule.

Williams filed a motion for extension for the request to turn in her insurance, medical records, photos of the crash, copies of prescriptions, driver’s license, telephone bills, and list of medications taken 72 hours before the fatal crash.

The tennis star states that she’ll be “participating in various professional tennis tournaments and extensive training for said professional tournaments.”

Her next big tournament is October 22-29 in Singapore for the WTA Finals.

Williams says aside from tennis, she and her legal team have been “impacted by Hurricane Irma.”

Williams has been fighting back against the estate of 78-year-old Jerome Barson, who claims the tennis champ was responsible for the t-bone accident that killed him.
