The Vegas Golden Knights of the NHL know how to treat their fans, and after an amazing debut season where they secured a divisional championship and battled for the Stanley Cup, they held a free festival to get up close and personal with the good people in Sin City.
The Vegas Golden Knights Fan Fest was held this week at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center near the D Hotel Casino. Alex Tuch, Deryk Engelland and others walked a red carpet, took photos and met with the thousands of fans who showed up for the event.
Afterwards, the players were escorted via armored truck limos provided by the D to Andiamo Italian Steakhouse as guests of owner, Derek Stevens.
The Golden Knights, including their WAGS, were treated to an amazing dinner filled with meatballs and calamari appetizers, table-side Caesar salads, steaks, fish and pasta.
All of the love is already paying off, the Golden Knights crushed the L.A. Kings 7-2 in Thursday's preseason game to go 3-0 and appear to be gearing up for another run at the Stanley Cup.
