Tyrese is now the master of his own domain — legally at least — because he will be representing himself in the ongoing trial over the allegations he abused his 10-year-old daughter.

Sources close to the case tell us Tyrese’s attorney, Terry Levich Ross, filed documents stating a substitution of attorney in the case.  Tyrese will be “pro per” going forward.

Tyrese is planning on being his own attorney as he continues to battle ex-wife, Norma Gibson, and her request for a permanent restraining order against the actor.

The good news is he won’t have to pay anymore legal fees, the bad news is he may not be able to navigate the legal waters as well as a professional.

The “Fast and the Furious” star taped a message over the weekend blaming his recent erratic behavior on a bad mix of medication he was recently prescribed.

There’s a hearing set for Tuesday, and unless there’s a change in the case, or Tyrese gets someone to help him out … he’ll have to make a case for himself to the judge.
