Tristan Thompson probably wishes he could design an invisibility cloak — but he can’t because they aren’t real* — so instead he’s just going to make regular non-magical clothing.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Thompson filed to trademark a “T” symbol for use in “jewelry and athletic apparel, namely … shirts, pants, jackets, hats and caps being headwear, athletic uniforms.”

Thompson filed for the trademark on April 23, roughly two weeks after the news broke that he had allegedly been cheating on Khloé Kardashian while she was pregnant with their child.

Back in 2017, Thompson filed a similar trademark application (the logo was slightly different) but he never followed through on it.
