Tomi Lahren Says Nike's Colin Kaepernick Deal Is a 'Slap In the Face' to Patriotic Americans

By TheBlast Staff

Tomi Lahren is not running to the Nike store after they announced their new campaign with Colin Kaepernick but offered up a better option than setting your Swoosh gear on fire.

The controversial political TV star was heading to Washington, D.C. when she was asked about Nike and Kaepernick. She flat out says the move is a "slap in the face to all patriotic Americans," and adds, "They made their choice, we'll see what happens."

Lahren is not alone in her opinion, and the last few days have been filled with social media videos from people setting their Nike sneakers on fire or ripping up their Nike socks.

Rather than destroying good clothes, Lahren suggests that maybe those looking to dump their Nike swag donate it to the homeless.

As for how she deals with opinions from celeb critics, like Kathy Griffin, she's a bit less generous.
