The woman who bought Terry Fator's Las Vegas mansion last year thinks he must have thought she was one of his dummies because she claims the house has all sorts of problems that he never mentioned before the sale.

According to a lawsuit obtained by The Blast, Laura Gorski bought Fator's 7,515-square-foot house in July of 2016. The L.A. Times reports the house sold for $1.775 million.

But according to Gorski, Fator failed to disclose the property had a myriad of issues, mostly related to water damage. Gorski claims the pool was leaking between 700-1,700 gallons of water every day, which caused "substantial water and mold damage."

Gorski says the leakage, combined with other water-related issues, caused "fungus and mold defects" as well as "infestation defects."

In the documents, Gorski alleges that Fator knew about the various problems, but failed to disclose them. In fact, Gorski claims Fator specifically checked "no" on the disclosure form next to several items related to these issues.

Gorski claims Fator "concealed the defects in order to induce Ms. Gorski to purchase the Property at an inflated price." She says had she known about the issues, she would have either asked Fator to drop the price, demanded he make the fixes before the sale, or backed out of the deal altogether.

In total, Gorski says Fator's failure to disclose the information is not only against the law, but "jeopardized the health and well-being of Ms. Gorski and her family."

Gorski is suing for damages in excess of $15,000 and wants a judge to rescind the purchase.

For his part, Fator filed a response to the lawsuit denying all the allegations.

Fator won season 2 of "America's Got Talent" and took home the $1,000,000 prize. From there, he signed a headlining deal with The Mirage in Las Vegas that was reported to be for five years and $100,000,000.
