Teresa Giudice Remains Tight-Lipped About Hubby Joe After Deportation Ruling

Teresa Giudice emerged for the first time since a judge ruled that her husband, Joe Giudice, would be deported back to Italy at the end of his jail sentence.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star was seen on Thursday — wearing an inconspicuous Adidas jumpsuit — grabbing coffee with a friend.

When asked by the photog how Joe was doing and if she had spoken to him, Teresa simply shook her head to indicate she wasn’t going to talk and went about her day.

On Wednesday, a judge in Giudice’s case ruled he will be deported to his native Italy once he is released from prison.

Judge John Ellington announced during the hearing, “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief … Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law.”

Joe was not physically at the hearing, but rather attended via teleconference from his prison in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. He can appeal the ruling.

Giudice began his 41-month sentence in March of 2016 and is due to be released next year.

Teresa Giudice served a little less than a year behind bars for the same crimes and was released on December 23, 2015.
